DETAILS
The TCS New York Marathon will take place on Sunday, November 2nd across all five boroughs. This year, Access Psychology Foundation is thrilled to announce that we have three entry “bibs” for experienced runners to run the NYC Marathon on behalf of APF. About us -- APF partners with schools, school districts, and youth-serving CBOs to train educators, counselors, and frontline workers in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). APF focuses on communities experiencing significant health disparities, and by targeting these communities, APF ensures that young people receive life-changing mental health support when they need it most. Our Mission: Change and save lives by increasing access to proven, successful mental health. You are: - An enthusiastic runner who can successfully complete a marathon. - Someone with a wide circle of friends, family, and social media contacts who can help you raise money and awareness for APF. - Willing to commit to raising a minimum of $3,500, on or before November 2, 2025, in charitable support for APF. - Someone who feels passionately about supporting “mental health for all” and APF’s work, and who will mention APF in your marathon outreach and online. - Willing to put in the time, the energy, and the miles to make the most of this opportunity! If this sounds like you, please fill out this application (make sure to copy and paste the link into a new browser): https://forms.gle/CqQcekft1VdhJkn59 The deadline to apply is March 31st, 2025.
